After being teased for years in T7 concept form, Yamaha finally pulled the wraps off its Ténéré 700 at the EICMA motorcycle show in 2018. Last year, it introduced the ADV bike as an early release 2021 model year for European consumption and Cycle World Senior Editor Justin Dawes was there during the 2021 Yamaha Ténéré 700 First Ride. Fast-forward to this year and Yamaha Motor imported the bike into the North America market as sampled in the 2021 Yamaha Ténéré 700 Second Ride Review. Now, after having both ridden it, Dawes and I sit down and discuss the ins and outs of the Tuning Fork brand’s ADV rig. Thinking about purchasing one? Listen to our podcast first and get the inside scoop before making a decision.
