Moto Guzzi’s V85 TT enduro-style motorcycle hasn’t been around all that long, with the first production model revealed in late 2018. In its relatively short tenure, the bike has found a receptive audience and will be available in two editions for 2021, the V85 TT Travel and the V85 TT Adventure.
Both versions get a revised 853cc, air-cooled V-twin engine which boasts improved low-end and midrange torque. Engineers updated the pushrod and rockers cam for improved lift, and optimized engine electronics in order to achieve the boost in performance.
The electronics upgrades include two new ride modes, Sport and Custom, which join Street, Rain, and Off-road modes. These configurations calibrate the traction control, ABS, and response of the ride-by-wire systems. Cruise control is standard on both models, as are a color TFT instrument panel and lighter spoked wheels. The wheels shave 3.3 pounds off the total weight of the bike, compared to last year’s edition.
The Travel, first debuted as a 2020 model, comes with a number of additional bells and whistles, including a touring windscreen, panniers, supplementary LED lights, and adjustable heated grips. The Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia platform will also be standard on the Travel edition.
The Adventure model will come in Giallo Mojave (yellow) and Rosso Uluru (red) colorways, while the Travel edition will be dressed in a Sabbia Namib (sand) colorway. Both models will be available in US dealerships in April 2021. The Adventure will price at $12,990 and the Travel will start at $13,390.
