The Ducati SuperSport 950 is getting a whole lot prettier and a bunch more capable for 2021, as Borgo Panigale is giving its softer-edged sportbike a face-lift and adding an electronics package to push it closer in aesthetics and capability to the Panigale line of hypersports.
For 2021, Ducati has updated the SuperSport 950 with looks to match its flagship Panigale line and revised electronics to hone the riding experience.Ducati
The most obvious change on the SuperSport is the addition of the Panigale’s sharp, snarling LED daytime running light. Moving backward, the fairings have been slimmed down and sharpened to better mimic the big bike’s lines and further telegraph the Supersports intentions.

Under the new bodywork is a six-axis IMU that feeds lean, pitch, and yaw angles to a suite of electronic wizardry designed to keep you out of trouble. For 2021, the SuperSport 950 gets Cornering ABS, Wheelie Control, Traction Control, and Electronic Shifting all controlled via the bike’s new 4.3-inch TFT dash.
SuperSport 950 S models get fully adjustable Öhlins suspension bits and a special Arctic White Silk paint scheme. The standard SuperSport 950 comes in Ducati Red and the SuperSport 950 S can also be had in that hue.

The 2021 bike weighs in at just 405 pounds dry according to Ducati, an impressive feat for a bike that isn’t strictly a trackday weapon. All of the standard Ducati fare is present here: from the trellis frame and single-sided swingarm to the radial brake and clutch master cylinders and radial Brembo brakes.
The SuperSport isn’t aimed as squarely at the track as its stablemate the Panigale, but with electronic up-and-down shifts, it will more than hold its own.Ducati
Ducati says the bikes will hit showrooms in March of 2021 in the US and Canada at $13,495 USD for the SuperSport 950 and $15,795 USD for the SuperSport 950 S.
