2020 Quail Motorcycle Gathering Canceled

Peninsula Signature Events and the Quail Lodge & Golf Club have decided to cancel the 2020 Quail Motorcycle Gathering and Quail Ride in order to comply with recommendations set by city, county, state, and federal health authorities with regard to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The events were originally scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 15 and 16.

Those that made plans to attend this year’s events have some options to consider.

Ticket holders for the Quail Motorcycle Gathering can either roll over their tickets to use for next year’s event, which is scheduled for May 14 and 15, 2021. If you’re unable to attend at that time, a full refund for the price of the ticket and any transaction fees will be given. Expect an email on Wednesday, March 25, 2020, with further instructions on how to choose the option you would prefer.

For all confirmed entrants and private collections at the Quail Motorcycle Gathering, you can either take advantage of automatic acceptance into the 2021 show or receive a full refund. Any attendees who fall into these camps will also receive an email on March 25, 2020, with more details on how to proceed.

Participants in the Quail Ride will also be able to choose from a full refund or rollover of payment for the 2021 ride. Again, stay tuned to your inbox for an email on March 25, 2020, for more details.

And finally, all those who have booked rooms at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club for the event will need to cancel reservations following the cancellation instructions included in the reservation confirmation letter. You can also contact the reservation department at (866) 675-1101. Reservations made for 2020 will not be rolled over, however the opportunity to reserve rooms for 2021 will become available October of this year.
