The Kawasaki Versys-X 300 is a new adventure bike based on the twin-cylinder Ninja 250R/300, widely popular for its versatility and affordability. The new Versys-X 300 adds a large dose of off-road exploration with a pinch of adventure, all wrapped up in a 385.9-lb machine with a comfortable upright position and tall wind protection.
The Kawasaki Versys-X 300 is powered by a water-cooled 296cc four-stroke, two-cylinder, DOHC engine with a 6-speed return shift chain-driven transmission. Ride solo or two-up with ease.
Additional features include a stable 32.1-in seat height, 4.5-gallon tank, a telescopic fork with 5.1-in of travel, 19-in front/17-in rear spoked wheels, and 5.8-in. of rear travel on the Uni-Trak swingarm.
The Kawasaki Versys-X 300 is priced at $5,399, or $5,699 with ABS. Color choices include Candy Lime Green/Metallic Graphite Gray or Metallic Graphic Gray/Flat Ebony.
