World Class Setting Welcomes World Class Automobiles

[SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIF. – An exciting new venue will showcase more than 200 fine European autos and pre-1950s classics when this year's San Luis Obispo Concours d'Elegance rolls into the Central Coast on Friday, June 1 through Sunday, June 3.

The Meadows at the Madonna Inn is the lovely and historic backdrop for the sixth annual event, formerly held in Avila Beach, featuring many of the most beautiful vintage vehicles from around the world. The larger venue will make room for some sure-to-be popular new vehicle classes, including hot rods, motorcycles, and bicycles, as well as classic travel trailers.

All proceeds from the Concours d’Elegance will benefit Hospice of San Luis Obispo County, a volunteer organization on the Central Coast since 1977. The nonprofit organization provides free, non-medical in-home support, education and grief counseling for those living with a life threatening or terminal illness, their families and the bereaved.

This three-day series of events will begin with a Friday evening VIP cocktail reception and Edna Valley experience. Saturday will feature a San Luis Jet Center champagne brunch, tour through the exquisite Central Coast wine country and an elegant dinner at the Madonna Inn’s famous Gold Rush Steak House. Sunday’s Concours exhibit of classic vehicles takes center stage at The Meadows, Madonna Inn.
