New Products: Spidi Thunderbird Motorcycle Jacket and Gloves

Spidi's new Thunderbird jacket is tailored using premium grade 1mm thick cowhide and large stretch areas on the sides and inner arms. Spidi say that the timeless design combined with natural materials make this jacket perfect to be worn with custom and naked bikes.

As for every product developed in Spidi's Safety Lab, the Thunderbird jacket comes equipped with EN1621-1 certified Multitech and Forcetech protection on the shoulders and elbows, plus the attachments for the Warrior Back protectors EN1621-2 Lev.1 and Lev.2 certified. The jacket also features two huge panels on both sides made in accordion leather, which add freedom of movement and allow for a more dynamic riding position on the bike.

For cold weather, the Thunderbird jacket is equipped with a removable thermo lining, and it can even be upgraded with a removable H2Out waterproof and breathable membrane.

A perfect match to the Thunderbird jacket are the Thunderbird gloves: short motorcycle gloves tailored with fine goat (palm) and deer (back) leathers and featuring a classic design, in a similar style to the Thunderbird jacket. Spidi say this unique combination of leathers is comfortable and offers good grip on the handle bar. Nonetheless, EVA knuckles protectors offer peace of mind should a crash occur, while being hidden in the classic and retro style of the glove.
