A Look At Speed and Strength's Critical Mass Line

As part of the 2017 Rage With The Machine collection from Speed and Strength, the apparel brand is rolling out the Critical Mass line that features the SS1600 helmet, the Critical Mass Armored Vest, the Critical Mass Reinforced Moto Shirt, and the Critical Mass Armored Jeans.

Critical Mass SS1600 Helmet
The Critical Mass SS1600 helmet is bringing some new looks to protect your head. With its Advanced Thermo-Poly Alloy (A.T.P.A.) shell this helmet meets DOT and ECE standards while the various features provide comfort and security.

The Cool-Core liners are removable, washable and moisture wicking to allow for riding comfort. Additionally, the Air Strike Direct Course Ventilation System will help bring air through the helmet for increased cooling.

Your visor features the Lockdown Shield Security System and Drop Visor Design (DVD). This helmet also features the Lock 'N' Load Rapid Conversion Shield Replacement. The All Clear! Sight System makes up the optically correct, anti-scratch, anti-Fog and UV resistant face shield. Also included is the Double 'D' ring retention system.

Critical Mass Armored Vest
The Armored Vest from Speed and Strength is is claimed to fit comfortably by means of the AR-500 Super Stretch-Fit Frame and Lockdown waist adjuster. The collar will not run too tightly due to the low-restriction design. The high-density padding at the front and torso and removable CE rated spine protector add protection while the reflective trim increases visibility. Belt loops are also a feature for pant attachment and the YKK main zipper allows for easy wear/removal.

Critical Mass Reinforced Moto Shirt
This cotton and aramid-blended construction adds comfort and increases heat and abrasion resistance in a more casual performance piece. The shoulders and elbows are reinforced with Dupont Kevlar thread and also has belt loops for pant attachment as well as a low-restriction collar for improved comfort. You can also keep your sleeves locked in place with the internal stretch cuff with a thumb-hole.
