2025 KTM 350 EXC-F/Champion Edition

A potent enduro weapon, barely legal enough for the street.

Overview

Dual sports are widely varied, ranging from a barely street-legal dirt bike on one end to a barely dirt-capable streetbike on the other end. The KTM EXC-F models belong to the former category, which should come as no surprise. KTM is an off-road-focused manufacturer with dirt pumping through its veins, so it follows that its idea of a dual sport motorcycle is the company’s race-winning enduro platform with a license plate. The 350 EXC-F is the smaller of KTM’s two displacement offerings, the 2025 coming in a standard trim as well as an up-spec Championship Edition for $500 more.

For 2025 the KTM 350 EXC-F receives the same basic upgrades as the XC-W and XCF-W off-roaders, including new silver/gray graphics, and an orange gripper seat. Suspension settings on the shock are revised, as is the machining on the swingarm.

The Champion Edition—a nod to the 50 years of champions who have won titles for the KTM brand—is most notable by the orange frame, and Red Bull KTM Factory Racing graphics. The Champion Edition package also includes a number of accessories from the KTM PowerParts catalog, including the orange factory racing seat, gray ODI lock-on grips (stock are black), a composite skid plate, frame protectors, front axle puller, floating front brake disc, and Supersprox rear sprocket.
