Graves Motorsports announces a new Full Titanium Performance Exhaust System for Kawasaki's 2017 model-year Z125 Pro mini motorcycle. This upgrade not only looks good but offers a claimed 10-15 percent increase in horsepower across the entire powerband, with a corresponding reduction in weight. The Graves Z125 exhaust system was developed using the same technology that has powered Monster Energy Graves Yamaha riders to seven straight consecutive MotoAmerica championships.
Graves uses high-grade titanium with tube diameters, lengths, the silencer core size and length optimized for maximum power output throughout the RPM range. Tubing is precision bent and cut then welded in fixtures for manufacturing consistency. The head pipe has a single Lambda receiver bung for on-track data logging or dyno tuning, and mounts to the cylinder head spigot with a machined fitting for perfect flow and a 7075-T6 5T billet hard-anodized alloy flange for long life. The Graves Diamond Shaped Silencer is similar to the ones used on their factory race bikes and mounts using a built-in strapless aluminum mounting bracket for a clean look.
For best performance, Graves recommends their optional FTECU Flash mapping upgrade. This system is designed for off-highway closed-course racing use only. The Graves Motorsports Z125 Pro Full Ti Exhaust System (PART # EXK-17Z125-FTT) is priced at $559 and is designed for off-highway, closed-course racing use only.
