Bruce Rossmeyer's Sunrise Harley-Davidson Hosts Third Annual Veterans Celebration with G.I. Breakfast and Ride to Veterans Park November 11

SUNRISE, FL (October 26, 2011) - Bruce Rossmeyer's Sunrise Harley-Davidson will host a G.I. Breakfast followed by a Veterans Ride on November 11, 2011. Veterans, family, friends and supporters are welcome to partake in the police escorted ride to honor our service men and women, benefitting the Wounded Warriors of South Florida.

The day will begin with a complimentary breakfast for veterans and their families served at Kim Bokamper's Sports Bar and Grill located at 1280 South Pine Island Road in Plantation at 0700 hours (7:00 a.m.) which will include eggs, potatoes, fried bologna, strong java and SOS - ground beef smothered in gravy on top of toast. The ride will convene following breakfast and depart promptly at 0915 hours (9:15 a.m.) heading to Veterans Park located at 7825 Southgate Blvd. in Tamarac off of Peters and Pine Island Road for a special Veterans Ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m. with motorcycle parking available at the bowling alley parking lot across the street. After which the police escorted ride concludes at Bruce Rossmeyer's Sunrise Harley-Davidson for complimentary lunch and celebration into the afternoon remembering those who have proudly served our country.

Five tickets will be awarded to every rider and passenger participating in the ride starting at Bokamper's as well as an additional five tickets for attending the Sunrise Harley-Davidson celebration. All guests are encouraged to partake in the live raffle held at 7:00pm at the Bokamper's Pembroke Pines location, featuring the chance to win an all-new 2011 Sportster(r) 883 Harley-Davidson motorcycle. Participants must be present to win. Donations will be collected throughout the day to benefit the Wounded Warriors of South Florida.

Kim Bokamper's Sports Bar and Grill hosts Bike Night which takes place every Tuesday from 7:00-10:00 p.m. with a special all-you-can-eat Hog Roast the second Tuesday of every month. During these weekly events, those who take advantage of Bokamper's food and drink specials, will be awarded raffle tickets for the Veterans Ride.

Registration is complimentary and includes complimentary breakfast for veterans and their families, admission to a police escorted ride and complimentary lunch for all riders. The first 100 riders to register with Bruce Rossmeyer's Sunrise Harley-Davidson Veterans Ride will receive a commemorative gift.
