The FS 450 is packing a 63 hp, 449.9cc, SOHC, liquid-cooled Single, engineered to be as compact as possible to ensure its weight hits the sweet spot in the bike’s center of gravity. A race-ready supermoto machine has to be nimble, after all.
Its agility is further enhanced by a frame designed to provide high-levels of feedback to the rider, along with a lightweight carbon-composite subframe. The swingarm is also optimized for competition situations.
This supermoto beast is also equipped with a five-speed PANKL Racing Systems gearbox, a company that specializes in high-quality mechanical systems for race vehicles, the aviation industry, and luxury vehicles. It’s also got a Magura slipper clutch, which will definitely come in handy for riders jamming down the gearbox in a hurry.
The FS 450 is suspended by a 48mm USD WP XACT fork and WP XACT shock, offering slightly over 11 inches travel at the front and 10.5 inches at the rear.
Other important elements include spoked Alpina wheels and Bridgestone slicks, a ProTaper handlebar, launch control, and Brembo braking components.
This machine is race-ready off the showroom floor, with bodywork tailored to allow for easy movement on the bike.
It’s also the only OEM-produced, competition-ready, Single supermoto available on the market today.
Expect to see this one out on the racetrack very soon.
