The Moto Beach Classic rolled through Southern California's Surf City this past Saturday. The seaside event combines equal parts motorcycle racing, surf competition, and music festival into one, showcasing the many flavors of SoCal living.
Condensed from a two-day event to Saturday-only this year, thousands of folks showed up to catch a glimpse of short track racing while waves crashed against the sandy beach. Instead of a dirt oval, racers completed on a longer parking lot turned asphalt TT built inside Huntington State Beach.
The event marked the final round for the Super Hooligan series—a national competition that showcases racing on twin-cylinder streetbikes turned purpose-built flat track racers. Here are our favorite photos from the event.
